Задачи
|
You have to ensure the commercial and technical performance, competitiveness and continuous development of the product range. You are responsible for Product portfolio management, development and realization of product platform strategies for maximized efficiency, creation & management of European master portfolio of the product range. This includes the ability to drive the development as well as the ability to manage cross-functional product teams coordinating business group and supply chain activities relevant to the product range.

|
You have a proven bachelor´s degree in a technical or commercial field relevant to indoor climate business. You show expertness in offering or product portfolio management, business development or product development. You are used to work as a part of an international team. You are experienced and skilled in knowledge of business analysis and customer relations. You must have creative and innovative thinking, should be well organized and be able to manage multiple tasks. You should be a team player, personally committed and willing to go the extra mile. Furthermore we expect the competence to communicate with different mentalities and various hierarchic levels as well as the ability to take initiative. You should also have good written and verbal communication skills in English. The willingness to travel is required.
